Hugh Hurren, from Hartwood Consulting, will speak on the increasingly relevant subject of Lithium Ion Batteries – their features, protections, characteristics, standards and failures. Lithium Ion batteries appear to be involved in many fires.
John Marshall, of Forensic Consulting Services and also a member of FESA, will speak on the role and importance of Metallurgy in forensic investigations. John will review some relevant cases.
