Peter Hart will address solar panel system layouts; how inverters work; how much energy is available and how much can be captured? Technical standards and the CEC.  Accreditation of installers. Feed-in tariffs.  Problems - inverter failures, isolation switch failures and panel shorting to ground.  Achievable energy outputs. How the Tesla Powerwall and its Gateway works.  The Victorian Government's plans to subsidize Victorian installations (if Peter can find out)

Richard Lightfoot will present two case histories, then lead a discussion on various interlocking system failure scenarios.
